The Car // Design Event returned to the Drivers & Business Club in Munich for the fourth consecutive year. Highlights of CDE 2026 included the first European unveiling of the Genesis X Gran Equator Concept, the European premiere of the Mercedes-Benz Vision Iconic, the first hands-on presentation of the new Volkswagen ID. Polo interior and infotainment system, Lamborghini presented the Fenomeno and Manifesto and much more.
Following the introduction of the Kia EV2 concept last year, Kia showcased the EV2 production car to illustrate the road from concept to production. Alpine brought the hydrogen Alpenglow HY6 to Munich. Skoda brought the Vision O back to Munich for a design deep dive. Three motorcycle brands joined CDE 2026 to present their latest creations including Norton’s Manx and Manx R, the Novus One and Ducatti Panigale V4 Lamborghini.
